There are some basic examples to illustrate communication between the Android device and your Mega ADK board, including how to read and write with the ADK’s pins.

The examples come bundled with the libraries for Processing and Arduino in the step-by-step guide. Each of the examples requires a sketch for your Mega ADK and a sketch for your phone.

Tinker Kit as a patch panel

The Tinker Kit, facilitates connecting sensors and actuators faster than using a breadboard.

Arduino Mega ADK with Tinker Shield

The shield on top of the Mega ADK enables easy plug-and-play inputs and outputs. The shield depicted here is designed for the Arduino Uno series, and is fully compatible with the Mega ADK.
